Our products are made from plant based oils, herbs and minerals (clays and salts). **Our products contain ingredients which are known allergens such as nuts, wheat (trace amounts) and chamomile (ragweed family).**  Through use of this Service, as defined in our "Services Terms", Rose Willow Wellness is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from exposure and / or use of products or methods.  Customers are required to review all product ingredients in detail prior to using to ensure they avoid exposure to any potential allergens. Additionally, it is recommended that the customer first completes a "patch test" on a very small area of skin to first see how the skin responds to the product. Should an allergic reaction occur, remove the product immediately and rinse with cool water. If the allergic response is severe in nature (does not resolve or breathing is impacted) seek medical attention immediately.

Our products do not contain chemical broad spectrum preservatives, as such, they are susceptible to spoilage. Products must be stored in a cool and dry place. Any temperatures above average room temperature may result in melting, change in consistency, and spoil faster. Any contact with moisture may result in growth of unwanted organisms. Never store products in the shower and when collecting product for use always have dry clean hands or use a clean spatula / spoon. Products are handcrafted and have a shorter shelf life. Discard at recommended shelf life time or if signs of spoilage are present. Usage of spoiled or contaminated products may result in skin irritations or infections.

If skin sensitivity (redness or rash) occur from product use, stop using immediately.

Products are for external use only. They should not be ingested under any circumstance. Should accidental ingestion occur, contact your local Poison Control Center for guidance. Ensure that you have the bottle accessible which lists all ingredients.

Avoid contact with eyes and the immediate eye area. Should contact occur, flush eyes with cool water. Oils can cause temporary blurred vision, which does resolve within a few hours. Seek medical attention should there be a significant or prolonged reaction.
